"Jeff is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with. Having just moved into a new home, and also being new to owning a septic system, we were a little worried when we began noticing a smell around our septic tank. After reading several glowing reviews, I reached out to Jeff to have him take a look at our system and pump it if necessary. Even though we were outside of his usual service range, Jeff was kind enough to come and check things out. He reassured us that just a routine pump was needed, cleaned out our filter, and even offered to recommend some contacts for farm animals for our homestead in the future.
